5min

Overview

Bundles are a way to group multiple agent access into one payment. This enables you to sell access to multiple agents from one susbcription or payment. Whenver a user purchases a bundle, they will be given access to each agent based on the plan you specify in the bundle. Bundles will automatically show up on your agent's chat page with the bundle tag. Bundles are also currently limited to pro and growth users.

Creating a bundle

To create a bundle go to your workspace and select the "Bundles" tab. Once there select the "Add new" on the top right.

Bundles reporting

Bundle users will show up with a "bundle" tag in the Agent users tab for all the agents that are included in the bundle.

Bundles are not reactive. This means if a user purchases a bundle and you later remove an agent from the bundle, the initial purchase will still continue to have access to the agent that was included when they initially purchased the bundle.

Bundle in chat page

The bundle will be displayed on the agent chat page along with the other plans for the agent.
